On April 15-16, 2024 The Network, represented by a delegation of over 30 Member leaders and Network staff attended our first annual HillDay to further advocate for policies important to our sector.

Our day began with an excellent meeting at The White House, where we met with the White House Liaison to the Jewish Community.  We also met with the staff working on the Disabilities Services Portfolio from the White House Domestic Policy Council.   We then converged on Capitol Hill and held over fifty meetings with Members of Congress and their staff. We also met with key partners from Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

We ended our day with special greetings from Eric Fingerhut who shared Jewish Federation of North America’s strong commitment to ongoing partnership with The Network.

The passion, commitment and expertise of our Members was evident in our discussions throughout the day. Our impact was felt! Keep watching this space for updates on HillDay 2025!
