The Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies is honored to be represented on the Board of Directors for Allies for Independence, a national advocacy organization focused on strengthening and designing long-term services and supports systems across the country.

Jonathan Schrag, The Network’s Director of Public Policy & Advocacy, has been selected by Allies for Independence to serve on their Board of Directors alongside leaders from other prominent advocacy organizations such as AARP, National Council on Aging, the Arc of the United States, and others. In this role, Jonathan will help guide the coalition’s advocacy efforts to support older adults and individuals with disabilities, giving The Network a seat at the table for the most critical conversations happening in the advocacy arena on long-term services and support systems.
