Atzmi is devoted to promoting the mental health and well-being of Jewish Orthodox girls through Torah-based, culturally sensitive programming. Their impactful work focuses on preventing eating disorders while fostering self-compassion, body acceptance, and a strong sense of inner well-being.
Led by Dr. Marcy Forta, Founder and Director, Atzmi’s vision of empowering girls to embrace their authentic selves beautifully aligns with our shared mission to uplift and support individuals and communities.
