The Jewish Fertility Foundation (JFF) launched its Cleveland chapter on November 26, drawing over 100 community members to the Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s Ratner Miller Shafran Families Conference Center. The event featured personal stories from Elana Frank, JFF founder and CEO, and Tristin Goldberg, Cleveland chapter development chair, who shared their fertility journeys.
Tamar Poupko Smith, manager of the Cleveland chapter, emphasized the community’s collective responsibility to support those facing fertility challenges. “When someone in our community faces difficulties in building their family, it affects us all,” she said.
Erika B. Rudin-Luria, president of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, expressed excitement for JFF’s expansion, highlighting its importance in providing support. Goldberg, a single mother, reflected on the impact of personal stories in inspiring others to start families.
Founded in 2015, JFF now operates in cities like Atlanta, Cincinnati, and Miami. The Cleveland chapter is the latest addition to the foundation’s mission of offering financial assistance, emotional support, and educational resources to individuals and couples on their path to parenthood.
