In celebration of Jewish Disability Awareness, Acceptance, and Inclusion Month (JDAIM), we invite you to an enlightening evening with Emily Ladau, a passionate disability rights activist, writer, and storyteller. Emily will lead a discussion on demystifying disability and advocating for accessibility and accommodations in Jewish spaces.
About Emily Ladau:
Emily’s career began at age 10 when she appeared on Sesame Street to educate children about living with a physical disability. She uses storytelling to engage people in learning about disability, communicating respectfully about it, and creating inclusive and accessible environments.
