Project EM has been selected as a semi-finalist in the prestigious MIT Solve Inspire Award Competition, an initiative of the Truist Foundation and MIT Solve designed to recognize innovative programs that break down barriers to employment.

This year’s award focus is on non-profit organizations providing reskilling, upskilling, and career navigation support to adults in mid-to-late stages of their careers. Out of more than 130 applications, Project EM was chosen as one of the top 15 semi-finalists, a testament to its innovative approach and deep impact.

“Being recognized as one of the top 15 out of over 130 applications is exciting! Project EM, being a collaborative model of 18 Network agencies, is changing the face of workforce development for job seekers who have historically not had access to holistic and reliable workforce services,” said Sarah Welch, SVP of Strategy at The Network.
