ExecNET 2024: The Network's Annual C-Suite Leadership Retreat
ExecNET, our annual C-suite gathering, offers an intimate opportunity for executives and their senior staff members to come together, connect and learn from and with each other in a retreat setting.
Attendees then return to their communities with new tools and information and have developed stronger relationships with colleagues to call on as any challenges arise.

We are thrilled to bring together executives and C-suite professionals for two days of unparalleled networking, professional development, and a celebration of all things Jewish social service. This year’s theme, “Forward Thinking: Building Toward Our Future”, promises to inspire and empower attendees through engaging sessions and invaluable networking opportunities.

The Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies is an international membership association, encompassing 170+ nonprofit Jewish human service organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and Israel. Together, as we amplify our impact, our combined endeavors effect the lives of close to two million clients every year.
This year’s ExecNET Leadership Retreat will be interactive, engaging, and offer ample opportunities for our leadership to connect, share expertise and find support. We are thrilled to announce this program will be facilitated by Alison Sayers of Sayers Consulting.
Alison Sayers is a behavioral scientist with over twenty years experience helping leaders and their teams have hard conversations. She is a highly-regarded leadership development consultant for the municipal, small business, corporate, Crown corporate, Indigenous corporate, and non-profit sectors. As an Executive Coach specializing in Board Chair-CEO dyads, and leadership and team development consultant specializing in creating high-functioning and high-trust Board-Executive teams, Alison helps leaders and teams improve their mental fitness, enhance their leadership competencies, and elevate governance practices for excellence in decision-making, change management, policy development, and product/service delivery. She has served as a conflict mediator and moderator for teams of all sizes, and is a governance advisor and trainer for elected officials, corporate and non-profit Boards of Directors, and Executive teams in all sectors. Alison is a dual citizen of Canada and the United States, and an avid birdwatcher, dog lover, and mom to two boys.

Full ExecNET 2024 registration includes access to all programming and the following meals:
Network Board Members will also receive Tuesday Dinner & Wednesday Breakfast.
All meals provided during the Retreat are Kosher-certified by the Rabbinical Council of California (RCC).
Registration prices will increase after Friday, August 23
Upon completion of registration, hotel details will be sent to attendees via email.
The Annual Winter Board of Directors Meeting will be part of ExecNET 2024. The Board of Directors Meeting will begin on Tuesday, November 19. Dinner will follow. The Board Meeting will continue on Wednesday, concluding by 10:00 AM PST.
