The Network is excited to announce the addition of Elizabeth Enck in the newly established role of Director of Workforce Programs. In this role, Elizabeth will support Network member agencies providing vocational and workforce programming, and expand Network workforce programs, including Project EM and SNAP E&T.
Elizabeth brings over 15 years of experience in workforce development within nonprofits and higher education. Passionate about empowering individuals and teams, she recently oversaw comprehensive workforce training programs at Jewish Family Services in Columbus, OH. Elizabeth possesses skills in strategic planning, program design, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. She enjoys leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance program impact. Elizabeth has a master’s degree in counseling psychology with a focus on career counseling from the University of Missouri. She and her family recently relocated to Houston, TX, and are enjoying exploring the city and getting involved in the community.
