Jewish Federations of North America’s Center on Aging, Trauma, and Holocaust Survivor Care has released its 2025 National Study on the Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed (PCTI) Approach in Aging Services, Compassionate Care in America.

Conducted every five years, the National Study examines the capacity of aging service organizations across the country to support older adults with histories of trauma and adverse life experiences. The findings offer critical insights into how organizations are implementing person-centered, trauma-informed care—and where opportunities exist to further strengthen compassionate aging services nationwide.
