SUMMARY:NETGroup: Home Care Administrators
DESCRIPTION:Topic: When Compliance Competes with Compassion \nIn today’s home care environment\, administrators are constantly navigating the tension between meeting regulatory requirements and delivering truly person-centered care. Policies\, documentation\, and audits are essential—but they don’t always align neatly with the real-life needs of clients and families. \nHow do we ensure compliance without losing the human touch that defines our work? \nIn this session\, we’ll explore: \n\nReal-world situations where regulations and client needs don’t align—and how agencies are responding Strategies for supporting staff when they feel caught between “doing it right” and “doing what feels right”\nApproaches to maintaining dignity\, flexibility\, and compassion within structured systems How to communicate decisions to families and staff when compliance must take precedence Ways to foster a culture that values both accountability and empathy\n\nThis conversation will offer a space to share challenges\, insights\, and practical approaches to navigating one of the most complex aspects of home care leadership. \nWe look forward to learning from one another.

SUMMARY:NETGroup: COO’s / #2’s
DESCRIPTION:Topic: Strategic Alignment and KPI Integration: Building Capacity and Driving Change \nWe are going to have the fantastic\, shortened version of the PowerNET 2026 session presented by Ann Thoresen\, our cochair\, focused on the fundamentals of establishing and integrating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across an agency. \nTogether\, we will explore how organizations can create shared language around performance\, develop meaningful dashboards and standardized reporting practices\, and strengthen alignment among staff and leadership teams. We will also discuss critical factors in defining effective KPIs\, strategies for building organizational capacity\, and lessons learned from managing change throughout the process. \nThis will be an opportunity to share experiences\, ask questions\, and learn from colleagues who are working to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational realities. \n \nThis program is made possible by the generous support of Evolve Giving Group\, a full-service nonprofit consulting firm with deep roots in the Jewish communal space. Through a collaborative partnership with network member agencies\, Evolve partners with you from idea to implementation in support of your organization’s fundraising\, executive search and recruitment\, and board and leadership development efforts.
