SUMMARY:JOINT NETGroup: COO’s / #2’s & IT Services
DESCRIPTION:Topic: Best Practices for HIPAA Protocols in the Age of AI \nWith so many new platforms in use — from ChatGPT to DocuSign\, Zoom\, transcription tools\, and other AI-driven services — it feels especially timely to talk about how we’re all handling data security and backend system management. \nA few things we want to discuss are: \nHow staff\, interns\, and volunteers are trained and held accountable to confidentiality. \nOur operational concerns around backend access (e.g.\, admins being able to see DocuSign correspondence or Zoom cloud recordings). \nHow agencies are deciding who owns backend permissions\, setting clear protocols\, and putting checks and balances in place. \nThis will be a chance to compare notes and learn from each other about what’s working — and where the risks are. \nHope you’ll join us for this important conversation!
