Holistic Workforce Development & Career Counseling

Project EM is a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind national program that is designed to meet the needs of unemployed and underemployed job seekers across the U.S. and support regional and national companies with developing talent pipelines. Targeting historically underserved individuals such as refugees, immigrants, women, older workers, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, re-entry individuals, survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, and those with disabilities. By working collaboratively, instead of competitively, Project EM is able to meet the needs of all clients by leveraging the knowledge, skills and connections of its 19 participating agencies. ABOUT PROJECT EM

Project EM is a national initiative bringing Jewish human service agencies by leveraging the knowledge, skills and connections of its 19 participating agencies. Project EM is focused on serving job seekers who have historically not had access to reliable workforce and career coaching supports. Since 2021, Project EM has supported over 20,000 job seekers to start and advance their careers.
