Advocacy for Change: Empowering Communities Through Collective Action
At the heart of our advocacy efforts lies the collective strength of over 170 Jewish human service organizations across Canada, the United States, and Israel. Together, we represent the voices of nearly 2 million individuals, working relentlessly to shape policies that uplift communities, ensure access to vital services, and promote a better future for all.
Our public policy and advocacy work is a catalyst for meaningful change. We collaborate with government leaders, policy makers, and community organizations to champion initiatives that improve the lives of those in need. Through strategic advocacy, we address systemic challenges such as food insecurity, mental health disparities, and the need for affordable housing. We also combat the rising tide of hate, including antisemitism, and ensure that vulnerable communities receive the support they deserve.
Together, we create a multiplier effect—uniting voices to build momentum for policies that promote equity, justice, and well-being for everyone. From securing funding for critical health and mental health services to advocating for fair housing policies and improved economic opportunities, we work to ensure that all communities can thrive and that no one is left behind.
