Project EM partner agency, JFS Columbus, manages the intake for Project EM, connecting job seekers with an agency that can best address their career search needs.
EMPLOYERS
Project EM is a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind national program designed to meet the needs of unemployed and underemployed job seekers across the U.S. Our mission is to support historically underserved individuals, including refugees, immigrants, women, older workers, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, re-entry individuals, survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, and those with disabilities. Project EM collaborates with regional and national companies to develop robust talent pipelines. By partnering with us, employers gain access to a diverse pool of job seekers who are ready to contribute to their organizations. We focus on creating mutually beneficial relationships that support both job seekers and employers, ensuring a successful match for all parties involved.
ABOUT PROJECT EM
Project EM is a national initiative bringing Jewish human service agencies together by leveraging the knowledge, skills and connections of its 18 participating agencies. Project EM is focused on serving job seekers who have historically not had access to reliable workforce and career coaching supports. Since 2022, Project EM has supported close to 53,342 job seekers to start and advance their careers.
