
Leading Edge is excited to open applications for cohort 3 of Onboarding Intensive, a program for early-career professionals seeking greater clarity, confidence, and connection as they grow in their roles.
Through virtual sessions, peer learning, and a three-day retreat, the program helps participants navigate the complexities of the Jewish nonprofit sector. Participants build core professional competencies, deepen their understanding of the sector, and connect with a peer community they can draw on throughout their careers.
Applicants must be in the first 18 months of their role and first 3 years of their professional career. In addition, supervisors of accepted participants will be invited to participate in a subsidized management training designed to help them better support early career direct reports.
