Today's employers aren't just reading résumés — they're testing what you can do.

The good news? You don't need to be a tech expert to pass them. You just need to know what employers are looking for — and that's exactly what this session is here to help with.

Join us for a friendly, practical hour where we'll walk through the core digital workflow skills that show up most often in today's workplace and hiring assessments. No advanced training required — just come ready to learn and leave feeling more confident about what's ahead.

Meet Our Guest Speaker: Phillip Konecki

Phillip brings decades of experience across military, education, and career services — and a genuine passion for helping people build confidence with technology.

His career began with 16 years in the U.S. Air Force, where he led training in Space Communications Systems. After retiring, he spent nearly two decades teaching Electrical Engineering Technology before moving into career development, supporting job seekers at organizations like the YMCA, Jewish Family Service in Dallas, and Jewish Vocational Service in Boston.

These days, Phillip teaches computer technology and digital literacy — including Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot — with a hands-on, interactive style that makes even unfamiliar tools feel approachable.

We're glad he's here!
