Rachel brings more than 20 years of leadership experience as a licensed clinical social worker and executive leader, with deep expertise in program development, strategic leadership, professional learning, and building high-impact services. Prior to joining The Network, Rachel served as Director of Programs and Services at Jewish Family Services of Greater Charlotte, where she led a broad portfolio of clinical and community-based programs.

Rachel also brings extensive experience designing and expanding staff training, community education, and professional development initiatives, using data and stakeholder feedback to continuously strengthen programs and learning opportunities.

Many members may already know Rachel through her leadership within The Network. She has served as Chair of the Youth and Family Clinical NETGroup, chaired the Behavioral Health PowerNET Workshop Committee, and served on the PowerNET conference committee, helping design learning experiences and strengthen connections across our member community.
